1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, for any reason, provided your item meets the eligibility criteria below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received: new, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• All original accessories, parts, manuals, and promotional items must be included.

• Free from odors, stains, or signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (unless defective or damaged).

• Gift cards or downloadable software products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide:

• Your order number.
• Reason for the return.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: Please include clear photos or a brief video (if possible) to help us process your request quickly.

Step 3:

Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the correct return address and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Do not return items without authorization—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind (Remorse) Returns:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply.

5. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in new, unworn, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Amount:

• Full purchase price of the returned item(s).
• Original shipping costs (only if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect).
• Return shipping costs (if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect).
• For remorse returns: Refund is minus any return shipping paid by us on your behalf.
• No restocking fees apply.

Please allow up to 3–5 additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment. To cancel, contact us at contact@glamourbay.co as soon as possible.

8. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or replacement at no extra charge. Contact us with your order details and photos (if possible).

9. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it for store credit. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

• Check your bank or card statement again.
