At Glamourbay (operated by Leaficient LLC), we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and fully transparent shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship orders within the United States only.

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

• All orders require a valid street address for delivery.

2. Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and your delivery address:

3. Shipping Methods, Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping: $4.35 per order (flat rate).

Free Shipping: Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm CST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

If there is a delay in processing, we will notify you promptly by email.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via our chosen carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.

Orders are shipped with full tracking. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order ships.

6. Order & Shipping Confirmation

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@glamourbay.co.

7. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages


Order Not Received:

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

• Check with household members or neighbors.

Check any safe drop locations around your address.

• Contact the carrier directly to verify the delivery.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us immediately at contact@glamourbay.co or +1 708 847 8654. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or process a refund at no extra charge.

Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered by the carrier), we will provide a free replacement or full refund after carrier investigation.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delayed Shipments:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will track your order and update you on its status.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already shipped.

9. Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom or pre-ordered items may have different processing and delivery timelines. These will be stated clearly on the product page and at checkout.

Custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

To request changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately after purchase.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if your order has already shipped, but we will do our best to assist.

11. Carrier Information

Our primary carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The carrier used may vary depending on your location, the items ordered, and current service levels.
